Charise Marti, PMHNP-BC

Charise Marti is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience. She brings a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to helping you navigate mental health challenges and find the stability and peace you deserve.

Before joining Silver Arrow Psychiatric Care, NP Marti worked extensively in geriatric psychiatry across skilled nursing, long-term care, and memory care settings. She specializes in managing conditions such as dementia, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder, along with anxiety, depression, and other concerns.

NP Marti’s career began in the ICU and ER, where she developed a deep understanding of both the physical and emotional aspects of healing. This foundation, combined with her bachelor’s degree in psychology, shaped her holistic approach to mental health care. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Maryville University of St. Louis in 2024.

Known for her empathy and calming presence, NP Marti creates individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. She finds great joy in witnessing her patients’ progress and believes that the foundation of effective psychiatric care is genuine compassion.

Beyond her clinical work, NP Marti is a proud wife and mother of six daughters, who inspire her every day.
