About us
You deserve better mental health care.
You deserve Silver Arrow Psychiatric Care.
Our team is proud to serve patients in Kansas and Missouri.
Silver Arrow Psychiatric Care makes high-quality mental health care accessible and affordable for adults across Kansas and Missouri — including treatment for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other conditions, with medication management when it’s clinically appropriate.
Based in Leawood, we care for adults two ways:
- Most appointments happen by secure video, so you can be seen from the comfort of home.
- For advanced depression treatments like Spravato and TMS, we see you in person at our Leawood office.
We’re in-network with most major insurance plans, and many patients pay $25 or less per visit. Check your coverage.
What sets us apart is how quickly you can be seen. Appointments are often available same-day or within a few days, so you’re not waiting weeks to start feeling better.

What types of conditions do you treat?
We treat a wide range of mental health conditions in adults, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and substance use. Your provider evaluates your symptoms and builds a treatment plan tailored to you.
How does telepsychiatry work?
Can I choose between telemedicine and in-person visits?
Your psychiatry appointments happen by secure video, so you can be seen from home rather than driving to an office and sitting in a waiting room. In-person care is reserved for specific depression treatments — Spravato and TMS — that have to be delivered in the office. So for regular psychiatric care, virtual is how we see everyone; the in-person option is there for those particular treatments when they’re the right fit.
How soon can I schedule an appointment?
What qualifications do your providers have?
Can I see the same psychiatrist for all my visits?
Yes, continuity of care is important to us. Once you’ve established care with one of our psychiatrists, you will continue seeing the same provider for your follow-up visits, whether in person or via telemedicine. This helps build a strong, trusting relationship between you and your psychiatrist.
If you ever feel that your current provider isn’t the right fit for you, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We’re more than happy to help you find a better match.
Do you offer services for children and adolescents?
We provide psychiatric care for adults, ages 18 and older. We don’t currently treat children or adolescents.
What should I do if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please reach out to our office as soon as you can. The quickest way to reschedule is by sending us a text.
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your appointment time to another patient in need.
How do I know if telepsychiatry is right for me?
Do you accept my insurance?
We’re in-network with most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and Ambetter from Sunflower Health Plan. Many patients pay $25 or less per visit, and some have a $0 copay. We’ll verify your specific coverage before your first appointment. We also offer self-pay rates if you’re not using insurance.
