Patient billing information
Here’s everything you need to know about how we accept insurance and payments as well as our processes for providing letters and filling out forms.
Payments

Need help? Call, text, or email us.
We require an active credit card on file. See full policy below.
Insurance
Silver Arrow Psychiatric Care accepts the following insurance plans for our Kansas and Missouri patients:
Confirm your coverage with your insurance provider. We’ll also do our best to advise you of your out-of-pocket expenses prior to your first visit.
Forms & letters policy
Let us know what forms or letters you need. We’re here to help ensure your wellbeing and support your accommodations.
You’ll need an established relationship with your provider before we can write a letter or fill out a form. Please note that we’re not able to complete these requests during your first visit.
Here what we’ll need from you:
- See your provider at least once in the past year.
- Make a payment before receiving your document.
- Letters: $25
- Forms: $50
Email office@silverarrowcare.com with a detailed description of your needs. We strive to complete your letter or form within 3 to 5 business days.
Credit card policy
To keep your care uninterrupted, Silver Arrow Psychiatric Care requires both an active credit card and a signed Credit Card Authorization Form on file. If the card on record is inactive, declined, or missing, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment until a valid card and form are received.
You can update your credit card at any time. Simply text, call, or email us.
By maintaining an active card on file, you authorize us to securely charge any patient-responsible balances — such as co-pays, deductibles, or services not covered by insurance — through our HIPAA-compliant system. This policy helps ensure timely billing and lets us stay focused on what matters most: your mental health.
New patients
We’re always welcoming new patients, often with same-day, evening, and weekend availability. Our board-certified psychiatrists are licensed to treat individuals in both Kansas and Missouri.
There’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to mental health and addiction.
That’s why we take a personalized approach, tailoring each treatment plan to your unique mental, emotional, and physical needs. Care may include therapy, lifestyle strategies, and, when appropriate, medication. We only recommend medication when it’s truly necessary.
If you’re ready to take the next step, we’re here to help you begin the path toward healing and a brighter future.
